We are very pleased to announce that this Monday 6th July, we reopened the doors of our London Headquarters. The office has been made COVID-secure and is available, with capacity and other restrictions in place, for team members who are unable to work from home full time.

Changes include the introduction of hand sanitiser stations and a one-way system for high traffic areas. There is strict management of team attendance in the office, keeping it to a minimum, so social distancing to at least 2m can be observed at all times. In addition, given the high volume of those working from home, webcams have been added to office workstations so team members working together can continue to collaborate effectively.

Talking about the reopening, HR Manager Louisa Wells said, “We’re really happy that we are now able to welcome some of the team back to the office. In line with Government advice, we continue to encourage our team to work from home but, for those who are not able to do that successfully, it is great to be able to give them this option.”

“Wellbeing is always front and centre for Fivium,” she continued. “We’re passionate about maintaining a happy, healthy team and we’re constantly innovating and adapting to improve our team’s working experience. We created virtual team rooms to simulate the office and now we’ve reopened the real thing. This gives our people choice, so they can do what’s right for them, because this will help them (and us) thrive.”
