Fivium awarded Gold Investors in People Accreditation
Fivium is delighted to confirm that we have been successful in achieving Investors in People Gold accreditation for the 3rd time. The award follows a rigorous assessment process by Investors in People earlier this year.
Fivium began its Investors in People journey in 2016 where we were awarded Gold. We have now been subsequently reaccredited with a Gold award in both 2019 and 2022.
How were we assessed?
Through a series of meetings, surveys, and policy documentation, Investors in People assessed us in the following areas:
- Leading and inspiring people
- Living the organisation’s values and behaviours
- Empowering and involving people
- Managing Performance
- Recognising and rewarding high performance
- Structuring work
- Building capability
- Delivering continuous improvement
- Creating sustainable success
With 96% of employees completing the survey and over 20% of the organisation interviewed, Fivium comfortably met the criteria for Gold accreditation.
Upon achieving the award, Matt Fletcher - Fivium Co-Founder, said, “Having doubled in size since we were first accredited in 2016, it’s been of paramount importance that we sustain and improve upon our core purpose and values. This external accreditation has proved that we have been able to do this, whilst giving us an insight into how we can continually improve and maintain our position as a great place to work.
“When we started Fivium, we wanted to ensure that it is a place where we would want to work ourselves, one that truly values its people and focuses on delivering positive outcomes for its customers. We try to balance a friendly, creative, stimulating and fun environment. Over half the team have been with us for over 5 years which we believe is a true measure of a great place to work.”
