Another Central Government Department Goes Live with eCase
We’re delighted to announce that one of the largest Central Government Departments has gone live with eCase this month. From now on, eCase will be used by the department to handle all of its Freedom of Information (FOI) requests. It is expected that there will be roll-out of further case types at a later stage.
The eCase team at Fivium has been working closely with the department to ensure that the right things were in place to make the transition as straightforward as possible. Anecdotal reports are that the teams within the department have found the adaptation easy and are already seeing the benefits. The eCase / Government department project team are continuing to monitor closely and expect to see some early gains in both time and cost savings.
