Discovery
Get an application built perfectly to suit all the users. We'll learn about your organisation, create user stories and apply our tried and tested agile approach to strike the balance between being low risk and purpose-built.
Alpha
As your application is being built, we'll involve you in the process and talk you through the design and development along the way.
We do everything in-house so you can have your say and let us know if your ideas or scope changes. We test the application to ensure everything works
Beta
Introducing the application into your organisation will be smooth and stress-free. We'll give you a user testing environment to try it out and give any suggestions before formally accepting it. Your users will be trained by our developers, and we can provide as much training as necessary, and in a format that works for them. We make sure all the security considerations have been carried out, like penetration testing, monitoring and service management.
Live and on-going support
Go-live is just the beginning of our relationship with you. Our friendly, London-based support team are ready to help, and they can regularly come to your offices and talk with users. Our developers are open to feedback and we can add new features over time. We provide monthly service reports and other ongoing performance measures. Our applications are designed for the long run - some have been running for 10 years. We won't build something that's not needed soon after.
