When I returned to work at Fivium after a year's maternity leave, I requested part-time hours to help me achieve a work/family life balance. Fivium were very obliging and allowed me to go down to 3 days a week which was perfect for my family.
By the time my daughter started school I had had a second child and suddenly needed to do two separate drop-offs which logistically was more challenging. Fivium were very understanding about this and allowed me to work from home one day a week. In addition, they allow flexitime which also makes life as a working mum easier. Fivium are very supportive of working parents and should an event crop up (such as a school assembly etc) are happy for me swap my days that week. They are a great company to work for.
