Fivium present case study at Oracle Spatial SIG
Ben, a senior developer at Fivium, attended the Oracle Spatial SIG on October 23rd. Ben presented a history of GIS data challenges and complexities, covering almost 50 years of licence data collection and processing, within the UK Oil and Gas Industry. Ben demonstrated how Fivium were able to use Oracle Spatial and complex PL/SQL processing, along with some of the data model decisions that were made, in order to rationalise and present the data.

The Portal Environmental Tracking System ('PETS) is DECC's new environmental permitting system accessed via the UK Energy Portal.
Marine Management Organisation - Development Consent Orders (DCO) Go-live
Providing a single web based system to manage Development Consent Orders from pre-application through to decision, the new portal expands on the already successful Marine Management Portal and allows full integration between applicant organisation, cases and decisions to streamline the business workflow.
