With the success at handling departmental and ministerial correspondence, BIS have expanded their use of eCase to include Parliamentary Questions and Freedom of Information cases.
Electricity Infrastructure Portal managed by Fivium
Fivium have been awarded the contract to manage the Electricity Infrastructure Portal on behalf of The Department of Energy and Climate Change. The portal administers the provisions of the Electricity Act 1989 and the Transport and Works Act 1992 (for offshore wind farms only) for developers seeking development consents from the Secretary of State for the construction of electricity generating stations and for overhead lines.
