This statement is made pursuant to s.54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that
Fivium Ltd (Fivium) has taken and is continuing to take to ensure that modern slavery is not taking
place within our business or suppliers.
The risk of slavery and human trafficking in our organisation is low. We are committed to human rights and adopt a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and forced labour in all forms in our
organisation and suppliers. We are aware that we need to undertake due diligence in respect of our
suppliers, to ensure they are also doing what they can to ensure their business is appropriately
monitored.
Fivium provides IT products and services for the public sector and local government in the UK. Our
office is based in London, UK. We employee around 70 employees.
All Fivium employees are provided with a written Employment Agreement and undertake training in
relation to our staff handbook, including staff code of conduct. Each employee has a personal
responsibility to read the staff handbook, to ensure that they fully understand their obligations and
the consequences associated with any breach of those obligations.
Fivium operates a supplier policy and maintains a preferred supplier list. We conduct due diligence
on all suppliers before allowing them to become a preferred supplier. This due diligence includes an
online search to ensure that particular organisation has never been convicted of offenses relating to
modern slavery.
During the induction process, we ensure all staff understand the signs of modern slavery and what to do if they suspect that it is taking place within our supply chain.
