Import/Export licence service Alpha contract awarded to Fivium Digital
The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) has chosen Fivium Digital for the Alpha stage to develop a new import/export licence service for the UK government. The service will be the foundation of a One Government at the Border (1G@B) vision. It’s an ambitious project to build a licensing platform to facilitate international trade and deliver economic benefits to the UK. Exporters and importers, whether members of the public or multi-nationals, will benefit from a streamlined licencing service for strategic or important goods.
