Government Department Selects eCase for its Correspondence Management

Fivium Ltd, London – 12th May 2017 – We are delighted to announce that the Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) have selected eCase to manage their case and correspondence management requirements. Procured via the UK Government G-Cloud Framework, eCase will be used by Defra to meet their wide-ranging correspondence management requirements including Ministerial Correspondence (MC), Parliamentary Questions (PQ), Complaints and general Correspondence.
