Fivium Turns 10
Friday 6th May was a night of celebration for team Fivium at our 10th Birthday Party. The night included a wealth of entertainment including an 8 lane scalextric track, jugglers, table tennis, retro fruit machines, a live band and a well-stocked bar. It was a great night, enjoyed by everyone, but was also one of particular significance to founder Directors Anthony Ashton and Matthew Fletcher.
“We set up Fivium when we were contracting together at a government agency and saw that we could deliver great quality software and services tailored specifically for them, as well as save public money at the same time,” commented Anthony. “And, crucially as Fivium, we could help them extend the life of what they’d already invested in.”
Talking about the business strategy, Matt said “We’ve always been focussed 100% on the Public Sector. We design our software with an uncompromising focus on what users need, so that the people in Central and local government departments can spend less time being weighed down by admin and more time adding value. We’ve proven again and again, just what can be achieved with the right people and the right ethos.”
On plans going forward, Matt continued “It’s been a fantastic journey so far. We’re very proud of our track record - we put people at the heart of everything we do and I think that’s what’s worked so well for everyone. I’m looking forward to more of the same in the next 10 years.”
